We happily accept returns within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be back to our shipping department by the 10th day.
ALL sales final on SALE ITEMS, Jewelry and Accessories. (including purses, makeup bags etc) ALL SALES FINAL ON SEASONAL ITEMS. All sales final on BLACK FRIDAY COLLECTION. Should you need a different size please place a new order. No shipping charges will be credited. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Store Credit ONLY no refunds. A code will be sent upon acceptance if bought off the website. If purchased off a live sale it will be credited back to your comment sold account to be used on another live. Must be returned in original condition. Unworn, no makeup stains, no perfume, or altered in any way. Shoes must be put in a package not mailed via the shoe box! All preorders are FINAL SALE. Any orders placed with Sezzle are not able to be cancelled. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Returns that are sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee and will be returned to you. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped by the customer. Please include, Name, Order Number, E- Mail, and Reason for return.If an order is canceled and Sezzle is used as the payment method there will be a 6% restocking fee for the order. If you feel something is defective please contact us within 3 business days so we can get you taken care of. We will not accept items back after this time frame its considered wear and tear. If you feel you received the incorrect order by mistake please contact us within 3 business days to send return label, if it is not shipped within 5 business days of receiving return label you will be charged for the item.
