Returns + Exchanges

We happily accept returns within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be back to our shipping department by the 10th day. No exceptions. 


ALL sales final on Clearance / Sale items, Jewelry and Accessories. (including purses, consuela, makeup bags etc) 
ALL sales final on seasonal { Holidays, patriotic, school spirit etc) ALL sales final on Black Friday collection.

Should you need a different size please place a new order.  No shipping charges will be credited. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Store Credit ONLY no refunds. A code will be sent upon acceptance if bought off the website. If purchased off a live sale it will be credited back to your comment sold account to be used on another live. Must be returned in original condition. Unworn, no makeup stains, no perfume, or altered in any way. Please return shoes in a package with the box it will not be accepted any other way. 

All preorders are FINAL SALE as these items are specifically ordered for you based off your order. 

Any orders placed with Sezzle are not able to be cancelled, after placing. Any other orders will be subject to a 10% restocking / reverse fee and will be CREDIT only NO refund. 

 Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Returns that are sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee and will be returned to you. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped by the customer. Please include, Name, Order Number, E- Mail, and Reason for return. If an order is canceled and Sezzle is used as the payment method there will be a 6% restocking fee for the order. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. 

If you feel something is defective please contact us within 3 business days so we can get you taken care of. We will not accept items back after this time frame its considered wear and tear. If you feel you received the incorrect order by mistake please contact us within 3 business days to send return label, if it is not shipped within 5 business days of receiving return label you will not be able to get the correct item nor return that item. We are human mistakes so happen please keep this in mind.

You are able to drop off at the storefront & our runner will come pick up and bring to warehouse for processing. This is for the convenience of the customer to not have to pay shipping. NO credits will be given for the storefront. Online will go through that process and be credited for future online purchases only.
